Ready To Live, Eat and Breathe Muay Thai And Experience Authentic Thailand?

Listen to Brian’s 4-Week camp to get a better understanding for what to expect:

"The Nak Muay Nation at Khongsitta Gym in Thailand exceeded all my expectations and everyone treated me like family."

"The entire experience was great and I learned a lot! I got to meet legends like Buakaw, Saenchai, Petchboonchu, Kaew Fairtex, and watch fights at the prestigious Lumpinee and Rajadamnern stadium!”

Thank you to Sean Fagan, Matthew Deane Chanthavanij, Dunk Visutthithada, all the great trainers at Khongsittha, and of course the great friends that I've met here. If you come to Thailand, you HAVE to check out Khongsittha!"

- Jeff Chan, Canada, Nak Muay Nation Camper

"I can say that this camp certainly was by far one of the BEST I've ever been. "

"This was my fourth trip to Thailand and having already trained in more than 10 camps, I can say that this certainly was by far one of the BEST I've ever been.

I always come by my own but this time I decided to join a group and it could not have been better... 20 people passionate about Muay Thai! Khongsittha Gym has a great and clean facility and the fact that we were a group made everyone at the gym focused and motivated on improving, and the trainers always respected our individuality. At the Nak Muay Nation Training Camps you’ll be learning new muay thai skills and improving the skills you already have. You’ll also meet new people, have fun and create great memories. Thank you to Sean Fagan, Khongsittha Muay thai and all the friends that I have met here.”

- Anna Paula Silviera, Brazil, Nak Muay Nation Camper

These Muay Thai training camps offer much more than just the top quality training! Along with your all-inclusive package you’ll also have opportunity to try out new things and experience a different way of life. Here are a few of the other activities that you can choose to do while at the camp:

Khongsittha has brand new, top quality equipment to take your strength and conditioning to the next level. With a mixture of kettle bells, battle ropes, weights, sledge hammers and an agility ladder, you’ll have more than enough to level up your fitness.

Active pro fighter and expert strength coach, Richie Huerta will be leading the team in functional Muay Thai strength session that will get you in top fight shape.

Bangkok is the center of the Muay Thai world and with the owner of Khongsittha, Matthew Deane Chanthavanij, being a ring announcer at shows like Super Muay Thai and a celebrity in Thailand, super stars like Saenchai, Kaew Fairfax, Samart and even Buakaw have stopped by the gym!

On top of that, with seeing fights on a regular basis you’re bound to bump into either some golden era legends or top active fighters. There was actually one camp where some of the campers got to play soccer with Buakaw and Saenchai… how cool is that?!

There will be PLENTY of opportunities to see the highest level of Muay Thai action in the world! With promotions going on nearly every night like Super Muay Thai, MAX Muay Thai, MX Xtreme and many others, you’ll get an overdose of Muay Thai fighters during your time at Khongsittha.

What better way for a team bonding experience than to go and watch your fellow training partners test themselves in the ring! Head down as a group to fight night to cheer your new friends on as they put their sharpened Muay Thai skills to the test. Heck… maybe even you’ll want to jump in!

Take a day trip with the group to explore Ayutthaya temples, stone ruins and Buddha statues in the old capital of Thailand, which was ransacked by invading Burmese in the 18th century.

Enjoy even more team bonding time chowing down on some delicious Thai BBQ! Khongsittha Muay Thai’s owners and trainers will fire up the grill and start passing out slabs of tender, mouthwatering meat (and vegetables)

You’re taking the pilgrimage to Thailand to learn Muay Thai in its birthplace, so what better place and time to get a beautifully designed, deeply meaningful, and religiously blessed Sak Yant Thai Tattoo. The Buddhist monks or "Ajarns” (teachers), have spent years learning the traditional tattoo method of using a bamboo or steel needle to slowly etch ink into skin. Khongsittha truly appreciates this ancient art form and offers its gym members the opportunity to receive a mystical Sak Yant from the best Ajarns in the region.

Take the plunge into the freezing cold ice bath to shock your system, flush the lactic acid out and help aid in recovery! It’s not pleasant at the time you’re in the ice bath, but later that day you’ll be thanking yourself because you’ll be feeling refreshed and ready to go!

Rock some of the sweet KST gear for free when you sign up for the camps early bird special! You’ll receive a KST tank top, customized Thai shorts and hand wraps if you sign up by November 1st…. so what are you waiting for?!

Oh, and if you happen to miss the early bird special don’t worry. You still get discounts off everything inside the Khongsittha Muay Thai pro shop!

Interested in fighting during your stay at the Nak Muay Nation training camp?

No problem! If you’d like to step in the ring to test yourself the trainers of Khongsittha Muay Thai will ensure you have an even matchup and are prepared properly for fight night. Take an inside look at what some past fight nights have looked like:

Think you have what it takes to win the Nak Muay Nation sponsorship?

At the end of the camp there will be 2 students who win Khongsittha Muay Thai sponsorships! 1st place will win a 4-week paid-in-full sponsorship (accommodation and training) and 2nd place will win a 2-week training sponsorship. Winners are the campers who show the most improvement, consistency in training, dedication and positive attitude. Winners are chosen through a combination of team voting and input from the trainers.

Here’s Evan and Kate who have been 2 sponsorship winners from past camps:

Unhappy with life and the direction it’s going? There’s no better way to shock the system than to make BIG changes that can affect the direction of your life. Evan Perrier did just that and is extremely happy he did. Evan lost over 20lbs, improved his technique dramatically and experienced a whole new way to look at life. On top of that he met amazing people who will be friends for the rest of his life.

“No matter what excuse you might come up with, you gotta make it out at least once. You won’t regret it.” – Evan Perrier

In her own words, 2-time sponsorship winner Kate explains why she came here to Thailand and pursued her dream of traveling and training Muay Thai. In this video, Kate talks about training Muay Thai in Bangkok, fighting in Thailand, and how she interprets life in the pursuit of accomplishing goals.

“You have to be willing to take the risk, if you don’t take advantage of it, you’ll just live in regret.” Kate Sholy
